The sample clinic ran the day from a schedule, a whiteboard, and a trail of messages. Delays were visible only to the person standing in front of them.

Challenge
Front desk and floor leads did not share a picture of which rooms were late, and handoff notes rarely survived the shift change.

Solution
The sample board showed rooms, delays, and unresolved items. Handoff became a list with owners instead of a message thread.
