This is a sample project story. It describes an onboarding flow where automated checks and human review share one case file. The institution is fictional.

Challenge
Checks lived in separate tools. When a reviewer opened a case, the reason it was waiting was often a conversation, not a field.

Solution
The sample build gave every application one case file: documents, automated checks, and the reviewer’s decision. Automation proposed a path. A person remained accountable for the outcome.
